Gary Duda
Gary Duda, has been a full-time Realtor since 1995 and owner of RE/MAX Action Real Estate since 2002, and has represented numerous builders in Central Virginia. With 25+ years of representing builders in all capacities, Gary is fluent in all areas of new construction from home design, the construction process, sales and marketing and the most important area - customer services.
Chuck Messer
Chuck Messer, owner of Messer Contracting, has been a commercial developer for 30+ years. Chuck developed Rocketts Ridge and has done commercial landscaping and road development in Virginia and North Carolina. You can see Chuck's work at the State Capitol, Raleigh-Durham Airport, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Hollywood Cemetery among other places.
