The Byrd comes in either a 3-car or 2-car garage version. It features a 1st floor primary bedroom with luxury bath, a second 1st level bedroom, office, eat-in gourmet kitchen and large family room with gas fireplace that walks out onto a raised covered patio. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and full bath, loft, and walkout conditioned storage.

The Kathryn is a classic Cape Cod floor plan updated to suit today's buyers.  It features a 1st level primary bedroom, office, large eat-in kitchen, family room, and a huge utility room.  The 2nd level features two large bedrooms, a full bath, and a open loft area. The Kathryn has a 2-car garage with an expandable room above that is attached to the house  with a covered breezeway.

The Parker is a flexible floor plan that allows for many modifications including the addition of a 1st floor bedroom or primary bedroom.   As show it has large office, open kitchen to family room, sunny dining nook, mud room and a rear deck. The second level features four bedrooms including a large primary bedroom and open loft area.

GVA Home Builder's newest floor plan - The Piper.  This large Ranch plan features 10' ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large family room that opens to a gourmet kitchen with a sunny nook.  The home also has a covered front porch and a huge covered rear porch.  

The Sully is a classic ranch plan that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths or 2 bedrooms and an office. The large family room opens to the kitchen and dining area. The master suite features a luxury bath and large walk-in closet.  If you need more space, this plan can be expanded or a bonus room and bath can be added above the 2-car side-entry garage. 

The Shannon is a timeless farmhouse plan that features a 1st level primary bedroom, office with full bath, large kitchen and dining area that opens to an open family room with a gas fireplace and an mudroom off the detached 2-car garage. The 2nd level features four bedroom and 2 or 3 full bath.

The Rockville features a 1st level Primary bedroom and full bath plus an additional 1st level bedroom with full bath. This home also features a second level that has two bedrooms - each with a private bath - a large loft area and two walk-in storage areas. Other features include a 36' wide 3-car garage and a front and rear covered porches.
